ABOUT THE POSITION


As a Bilingual Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing essential administrative support.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to be the backbone of our office, assisting in various administrative tasks.


YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As a Bilingual Secretary, your daily tasks will include:

  • Administrative Support: Assist in handling general office tasks and responsibilities, while also managing and coordinating schedules and appointments.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize physical and digital documents, besides preparing, formating, and printing documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Ensure office supplies are stocked and orders are placed as needed, also assisting with the organization and coordination of office events and activities.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a related role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
