KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Mapping customer requirements and proposing a Technically viable solution or service from within the company's offering.
  • Improving sales effectiveness through domain expertise, product knowledge, requirements gathering and solution design
  • Own and maintain the product demonstration setups and continuously enhance them in line with the development of the platforms.
  • Support sales efforts by building indepth expertise on solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends with proactive research
  • Work closely with members of the sales team in developing newer markets
  • Manage the internal CRM with respect to various sales opportunities

Offer Design

  • Coordinate with different stakeholders and internal teams for the required support in creating the solutions offering
  • Craft relevant and powerful sales pitches to support the sales team's efforts
  • Take an active role in creating a value proposition, product/service positioning and change management challenges associated with any sale
  • Work with the technology team to aid the development of the platform roadmap

Sales Pitch

  • Manage the bidding process by responding to RFIs and RFPs
  • Own the duediligence processes being carried out by prospective clients
  • Ensure successful execution of proof of concept (POC) projects
  • Deliver and support product demonstration for prospects and clients
  • Requirements gathering and assessment for new projects working along with the analyst teams
  • Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders leading proposal development

Operations Support

  • Engage with the sales and operations team in clearly articulating the statement of works (SOWs) for the engagement
  • Provide assistance to the delivery team to understand the context of the situation and any other clarifications they may require to deliver the solution

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES

  • Stellar teamwork, interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work in an entrepreneurial fastpaced environment
  • Working knowledge of Marketing automation or Analytics platforms (e.g., MoEngage, Braze, SFMC, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
  • Excellent marketing domain knowledge understanding, particularly with digitalfirst platforms
  • Excellent oral communication and impeccable written communication skills
  • Prior experience in Business development and or a presales role
  • Should be willing to continuously coordinate with clients and business development teams spread across the globe as well as teams in India
  • Strong project management skills and a researchoriented approach to sales
  • Experience of working with LATAM and USbased clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years of work experience with a toptier analytics consulting firm / enterprisescale SaaS platforms.
