Come make history with us and be part of the GWM We are looking for a IT SUPPORT ANALYST to join our team.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution;
- Provide step-by-step guidance and troubleshooting instructions to end users, enabling them to resolve common technical problems independently.
Incident and Request Management:
- Log and track all IT incidents and service requests in a help desk ticketing system, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation.
- Prioritize and escalate tickets according to urgency and impact, adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Follow up with end users to ensure timely resolution and provide status updates.
Hardware and Software Support:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Conduct software installations and upgrades remotely or through on-site visits as needed.
User Account Management:
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and access permissions in accordance with established procedures and security policies.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor degree in computer science or related field;
English (Fluent);
Portuguese (home language).
EXPERIENCE:
More than 3 years experience in IT terminal equipment operation and maintenance

Hybrid (3x Office / 2x Remote)
