Senior Marketing Manager for Self Care Latam Strategy,
based in São Paulo.

The Sr Marketing Manager is a key strategic leadership position within the marketing organization and will be responsible for delivering the future of Selfcare strategy in LATAM.

You will be expected to execute with a Challenger Mindset and an Agile approach.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Actively participate with regional, global, and cross functional teams to establish a clear vision for the J&J Self Care business in Latam.
  • Effectively lead crossfunctional team to drive excellence in all aspects of an EndtoEnd Selfcare business transformation for LATAM
  • Build and effectively influence business activities and projects, including presenting them to partners & gaining alignment from senior leaders.
  • Identify strategic principles behind successful initiatives inside and outside Latin America and work closely with other regions and markets to transfer learning.
  • Drive challenger mindset, agility, and servant leadership across team.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor ́s Degree completed
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in FMCG / Pharmaceutical Companies, with a strong track record of business results and organizational leadership. SelfCare experience is a plus.
  • Strong conceptual thinking ability to shape a strategic direction and pinpoint solutions to complex problems and overcome obstacles. Approaches business challenges with a challenger mindset and in an agile manner
  • Track record of leadership as a strong marketer including experience setting a vision, developing, and implementing successful business strategies, identifying white space opportunities, crafting innovation and communication, and the ability to translate consumer insights into new product and/or claims/comms
  • Proven leadership and managerial ability to develop a high performing team that succeeds in a complex matrixed organization
  • Superior collaboration, influence, and negotiation skills
  • Able to demonstrate financial acumen in making effective business decisions
  • Exceptional business communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex messages to diverse audiences
