Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation:

Develop and execute demand generation strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Branding Activities:

Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Create engaging content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and social media posts, to reinforce brand messaging and identity.
Monitor brand sentiment and conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand enhancement and differentiation.

Event Coordination:

Plan, organize, and execute companysponsored events, including webinars, trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, promotion, and postevent followup.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events and maximize ROI.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation, branding, lead generation, and event coordination.
Must speak Portuguese.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
