Your tasks

Clarification of technical issue and test objective
Development of a validation test plan (test bench, measurement equipment, test procedure, suitable parameters, etc)
Creation of mechanical test cases (including review sessions and traceability)
Execution of engineering and verification tests (including functional, durability, strength, thermal, corrosion, etc)
Discuss, evaluate and interpret the test results according to test objective and technical issue (including recommendation)
Test report creation according to test plan (including recommendation)
Demand test parts, counter parts and associated environment
Product specification review

Profile:

Required skills and knowledge:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent studies
Bench Tests Experience
MS Office in general, advanced level on Excel and PowerPoint
English, Advanced Level

Will be a plus:

APQP & FMEA
Production Processes Knowledge
Product Development Knowledge (Phases, Milestones, etc)
Problem Resolution Capabilities
Capability of Presenting Test Results, Internal and Customer

Quality assurance

Audit Knowledge
Systems and Sensors Calibration Process
