GET TO KNOW OUR AREA:

The Process Management Analyts will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements within the Regulatory Science LatAm team.

The position incumbent will also be responsible for the data analysis and dashboards development for these processes, working to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and optimize workflows across the various departments of the organization.

The role will involve collaborating with different teams to identify improvement opportunities, developing strategies for change, and monitoring the implementation of new processes.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

Design and develop new business processes that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness and lead process mapping and analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement;
Facilitate the adoption of new processes by providing training, support, and resources to employees, and addressing any resistance to change;
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand their needs and challenges, facilitating the development of new solutions by using design thinking, agile and other methodologies;
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for ongoing enhancements to processes and workflows;
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the processes and identify areas for further improvement. Design and develop dashboards for KPIs visualization;
Create and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and workflow diagrams to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization;
Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to automate and optimize processes, and work with IT teams to implement technological solutions.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field;
Experience in process analysis, improvement, and project management;
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams, network building and stakeholder management skills;
Familiarity with process management methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or BPMN is a plus;
Ability to prioritize, plan & evaluate deliverables to established strategic goals;
Intermediate English and desirable Spanish;
Knowledge of Microsoft Power tools, Tableau, Design Thinking is a plus.
