What you'll do:


PRIMARY FUNCTION:


The overall purpose of this function is support VGSA functional areas in HR matters, leading projects to deploy corporate demands and local actions.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


A Participate in drawing up the development programs to all hierarchical levels, according to customer's needs and prioritization, taking into account: performance appraisal results, job requirements, organization/area strategy and specification of courses (objectives and reasons, content, timetable, participants, resources and cost).

B Monitor the implementation of internal courses, along with the HR analyst responsible, evaluating the development of activities and its effectiveness.

If necessary plot actions corrective or complementary.

C Support areas in the recruitment and selection process, since the profile alignment, interviews, process tracking, salary proposal, and hiring.

D Support areas in the employee engagement results deployment, as well as in the establishment of action plan and its monitoring.

E Lead the process of assessment calibration and also potential employees and successors.
F Participate in the areas monthly meetings as HR representative.

G Support areas in the compensation process involving merit and promotion increases, clarification of policies, guidance on practices, analysis of the structure, and draw of announcements.

H Monitor the process of salary increase, bonus, gain sharing along with the HR analyst responsible.

I Identify communication needs with the internal customer and tracking its deployment and implementation with the HR analyst RH responsible.

Qualifications:


  • Experiência com gestão e desenvolvimento de liderança (pipeline de sucessão, processos de avaliação de desempenho).
  • Experiência com programas iniciais de carreira (programas aprendizes e estagiários).
  • Graduação em Psicologia, Administração de Empresas ou outra graduação relacionada à área.
  • Desejável Especialização em Business ou RH.
  • Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista brasileira.
  • Inglês avançado (conversação, escrita e leitura).
  • Experiência em indústria automotiva.
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office e SAP.
