As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities.
Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Brazil/Belo Horizonte.

You possess a unique blend of HR functional skills, business savvy, exceptional relationship building skills and a genuine passion for supporting your internal clients.
You thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment and have an orientation towards working collaboratively, taking initiative, and driving initiatives forward.
- Source top talent regionally and implement key talent attraction strategies, in partnership with the regional talent acquisition team.
- Provide consultative, full cycle talent attraction and acquisition services, working closely with regional colleagues.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, brand awareness, and strategic external partnerships.
- Partner with leadership teams on the development and delivery of key talent attraction strategies.
- Establish and maintain talent market expertise including comprehensive view of industry trends and competitors, innovative recruiting techniques and platforms, provide expertise in market insights and talent landscape for the diferents areas of Hatch's business.
- Have regular engagement with stakeholders including hiring managers and regional HR Leads to review strategic hiring needs, recruiting activities, and applicant pipeline development plans across region.
- Be a champion of inclusion and diversity.
You bring to the role:
- A relevant University Degree.
- 3 + years of experience recruiting desirable for Engineering roles in the mining market.
- Experience with full recruiting lifecycle inclusive of delivering talent pipelines.
- Full command of written and spoken English and Portuguese.
- Drive and results orientation.
- Proven influencing skills.
- Reliability and accountability.
- Adaptability and ability to handle ambiguity.
- Business acumen skills to analyze and interpret data and understand key business drivers.
