MAIN JOB PURPOSE:


Will be part of Latin America Project Team, responsible for driving the Customer Integrated Business Planning Pillar Activities, achieving the key measures.

The Customer Integrated Business Planning Manager - CSP & Sales will be responsible by Promotion Planning Transformation in Brazil; monitoring and guard the Business Case strategy an internal alignment to ensure the understanding and adoption of the new processes of the promotional journey and that of the ACTPM and Atena tool in the E2E stream.


MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:


  • Facilitates the definition and engagement of the new SMEs/ Key Users, aligned with the impacted leadership of Brazil.
  • Performs deep dive in the TO BE process, supporting key users in clarifying doubts and validation with their respective guardians.
  • Facilitates with The SMEs in the assessment of the impacts and risks E2E of the process, according to the Methodology of Change Impact Assessment, together with the cm latam team.
  • Ensures that the entire mitigation plan is reflected in actions in the training and communication plan
  • Approves the training plan, train the trainers and workshops based on the processes, tools and upskilling of the team.
  • Search for sponsorship of Brazil's leadership to facilitate the change process, as well as updates to keep the relationship close.
  • Executes the change management plan by validating training, communication and stakeholders engagement materials.
  • Supports local leadership in identifying resistance and engagement issues, suggesting actions and interacting with the CM Latam team in search of the best solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Strong Experience in Customer Development, Shopper and Customer Marketing, Channel & Category Development experience
  • Bachelor degree
  • Evidence of experience in sales and trade marketing, pricing and projects implementation.
  • Desirable experience in pricing and projects implementation.
  • Understands Net Revenue Management concepts., focus on TTS spend as growth enabler and analytics for decision making are fundamental capabilities. It requires a lot of resource management argument and control.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, strategic influencing, proactive, problem solver, negotiation skills, strong team player and team lead, result work oriented, Customer and Consumer focus.
  • Strong business acumen, customer centric mindset and analytical skills are required
  • Language: English & Portuguese
