About this Job
NielsenIQ is seeking a talented Jr.
Post-Sales Enablement to play a key role in enabling sellers to be more efficient, stay focused on winning business and ensure a smooth customer experience upon closing of contract.
This role will work with cross functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing and not limited to Product Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to identify and manage the right mix of tools and processes to move opportunities to recognized revenue faster.
In this role you will be managing post sales processes across Latam, guarantee the contract governance and the maintenance renewals.
Responsibilities
- Running the full endtoend postsales enablement processes assisting the local sales teams across Latam, using automation where possible
- Ensuring all contracts (Evidence of Agreements and Evidence of Deliveries) are being sent to customers and centrally filed for future reference
- Assisting with Purchase Order tracking and management Ensure smooth invoicing, making sure all blocked is unblocked or flagged
- Managing CRM including and not limited to opportunity creation and/or update into the system assisting with training support when necessary
- Handling billing issues regarding invoice processes
- Supporting with digital sales campaigns execution using Salesloft to promote seminars, products/solutions with customers
- Facilitating Sales Training programs managing content and processes using Mindtickle
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree ongoing for Business Administration and correlated courses
- At least one year of experience in similar functions mentioned above (Sales or Finance Administrative)
- Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
- Upperintermediate English level knowledge (to be tested)
- Desirable knowledge in Salesloft or HubSpot
- Ability to organize processes into standard 'way of working'
- Good in building visually appealing Power Point/proposals is a plus
- Accuracy and great attention to detail is a must
- Strong Organization and Communication skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
