Responsibilities:

The Opportunity
Preparing P&L and financial proposal to development GTM (Generate scenarios for the development of territories).
Visibility financial performance of customers through the analysis of their P&L vs PepsiCo P&L for the corresponding territory.
Ensure the development of the human resources under its responsibility.

Be guardian and act based on Values, Principles and Code of Conduct and foster an environment of integrity in your team.


Your Impact
As Gerente de Projetos your responsibilities would consist of
  • Responsible for information & KPIs analysis to GTM in PBF
  • Preparing P&L and financial proposal to development GTM (Generate scenarios for the development of territories)
  • Visibility financial performance of customers through the analysis of their P&L vs PepsiCo P&L for the corresponding territory
  • Administrative control of the Data Base list
  • Monitoring, updating, safeguarding and control of contracts
  • Monitoring compliance with national implementation plans
  • Support to the GTM team.
  • Creating forecast and AOP for SS.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?
  • Key Skills: Complete college degree in Marketing, Finance, Administration, Economics or related areas.
  • Postgraduate and / or MBA in related areas.
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Desirable Intermediate English and Spanish
  • 3 years of experience in commercial roles.
  • Good interpersonal relationships as it involves integrating teams with sales, S&OP, marketing, customer service, logistics, and finance
  • Ability to create dashboards and visibility for different teams
  • Financial knowledge, construction, analysis and reading of P&L
