Responsibilities:


Develop a solid understanding of the products that are to be tested; understand the functional and technical requirements as well as the business processes that the customers will be employing while using the products.


  • Strong handson experience with manual testing, supply chain, order management processes.
  • Create test plans, scenarios, and cases.
  • Participate in planning sessions and scrum and provide meaningful inputs.
  • Work with the scrum team and product owner to develop test plans and test scenarios that will be the basis of producing test cases and scripts.
  • The job involves reviewing and executing manual and automated test scripts based on new product feature requirements, as well as defect fixes.
  • Create and execute regression test packs.
  • Review requirements/specifications for testability and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to validate product acceptance criteria.
  • Specify requirements for environmental data resources and tools and work as a member of the scrum team to ensure that appropriate test environments are provisioned.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in software testing
  • Strong handson experience testing frontend and backend ERP/CRM/OMS systems.
  • Strong experience in defining manual/automated functional test specifications, test execution, and reporting.
  • Experience with API Testing (Postman).
  • Ability to understand complex business and technical domains.
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Zephyr.
  • Good verbal and oral communication skills.
  • Should have attention to detail.
  • Should have an analytical mind and problemsolving attitude.
