Cognizant Technology Solutions is a North American IT multinational company based in New Jersey that has been in Brazil for 11 years, with offices in Sao Paulo and Curitiba.

We operate on several fronts:
Digital Business, Digital Operations, Digital Systems and Technology (infrastructure, SAP, Mulesoft, QE&A, among others).

Credit Operations Manager Responsibilities:

Responsible for over operational effectiveness of deal eligibility and credit issuance operations.
Responsible for accurate processing of credits issued to eligible customers.
Prepare monthly / quarterly deal & credits eligibility report by compiling data from multiple systems.
Ensure that credit issuance includes all appropriate documentation for justification, approval and validation calculations where required.
Lead a monthly / quarterly review, reconciliation and analysis of credits issuance against the revenue generated.
Responsible for budget vs actual tracking and analysis
Significantly contributes to the data analysis, due diligence and creation of data for account, finance and and billing.
Be able to work closely with sales operations, purchasing, billing, accounting, finance, engineering and product.
Contributes significantly to automation and process improvements and contributes to building new reports in BI tools.

Qualifications Summary:

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science and relevant certifications

Technical Skills:

SQL coding skills required
Looker / Tableau,
Big Query / Datalab / Business Objects
Data Studio / Power BI (advanced)
Google sheets / Excel (advanced skill)
Master Data Services

Soft Skills:

Ability to think critically and analyze the data
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and with a cross functional teams in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

Preferred Experience

Software Industry / cloud experience in a high growth environment preferred
