Brief stage description:
This role will support the execution and analysis of international omnichannel custumer experience activities for Oncology Therapeutical Area.

For this position is mandatory to be available to work in early mornings, since this person will work with different people from other countries, mainly in Central European Time Zone.

Skills to be acquired at the end of the internship:

  • Improved knowledge on OCE landscape and process
  • Improved digital capabilities and project management skills for marketing and crossfunctional teams.
  • Improve pharmaco marketing skills

Main Tasks to Support:

  • Update digital events communication packages and add graphical enhancements.
  • Update implementation guides of promotional materials.
  • Coordinate and brief creative and development agencies on daily operative tasks.
  • Purchase Order request management and budget control.
  • Results tracking and consolidation.
  • Management of materials approval platform (VVPM): upload, support and approve of promotional and educational materials on VVPM platform.
  • Collect feedback from affiliates on main international materials and solutions.
  • Management of operational plan tool and affiliates inputs coordination.

Nice-to-have requirements:

  • Design Tools, such as Photoshop, PowerPoint, and creative skills.
  • Great organization, proactivity and communication skills.
