We are seeking an energetic, driven Office Manager to supportour
client growing business in Brasil.
This is a multi-faceted position with responsibility for Executive Administrative support for the Directors of Brazil offices, Office Management and People & Culture (Human Resources) administration.
Requirements:
- 3+ years Executive Administrative Assistant and or Office Management experience
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, with a Business level ability to communicate in English (verbal, written).
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and Social Media web platforms.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to competing priorities while remaining focused and delivering quality work.
- Exhibits a positive work attitude, high productivity and a collaborative approach with internal/external customers and employees to ensure business needs/goals are accomplished.
- Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer service.
- Bachelor's degree
