Our client is an esteemed business data and analytics provider, serving as a key player in the Latin American and Caribbean region.

In this leadership role, you will:
Work closely with our head of product to develop product strategies that have a massive impact with a high bar for quality and fast, frequent releases;
Work with your team to implement and improve REST APIs, transform mockups/prototypes from design to code, and create reusable, modular React components;
Design a frontend component system that accommodates the unique needs of multiple markets;
Collaborate closely with our designers and product team to ensure outstanding UX/UI;
Ensure high test coverage to ensure code stability and maintainability;


Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience working with ;
Minimum of 2 years experience working with React;
Minimum of 8 years of development experience;
Advanced level of proficiency in English.
Proven leadership experience in building and managing engineering teams
Proven experience in fostering a positive engineering culture and driving innovation
Bonus Points
Experience with on the backend;
Experience with TypeORM (or another ORM);
Experience working with on the frontend;
Passion for creating exceptional UX/UI;
Experience with Python development;
Experience with cloud-native technologies and how best to leverage; infrastructure as code to build great products.
