The New Business Monetization team's goal is to develop strategies, solutions and products that help to kickstart the monetization of emerging apps and platforms.

We are looking for a self-driven Product Marketing Manager who will help lead the regional go-to-market efforts in Brazil of our newest monetization solutions across multiple apps and platforms.

The person in this role will drive key aspects of the product lifecycle, such as understanding customer needs from clients and sales teams, partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to plan and influence product development to monetize our newest apps and platforms.


Responsibilities:


  • Define the Go-ToMarket strategy for the monetization of emerging apps and platforms. Partner with a range of crossfunctional teams across the region to ensure flawless execution against this strategy
  • Be responsible for driving adoption and revenue growth of solutions across your region
  • Ensure a marketfirst approach is taken in all gotomarket, identify opportunities to make verticalbased recommendations, and scale these across the sales team
  • Represent product inmarket by demonstrating ownership of overall sales team understanding and acting as the conduit between market and HQ.
  • Set goals, manage launches and partner with cross functional teams to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to deeply understand customer pain points, and business requirements, and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development
  • Collect product feedback and market intelligence to act as the voiceofcustomer for product teams, guiding and helping prioritise upstream development to shape future monetization solutions.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years experience working within a product management product marketing or product operations capacity.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of the advertising landscape within the region, including knowledge around branding ads, performance ads, and the dynamics of agency-brand-media relationships.
  • Self driven personality, highly pro-active and capable of building up extensive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing marketing collateral that attracts advertisers through introducing & educating around our emerging apps and their value for advertisers.
  • Excellent communication skills within an international, multi-cultural work environment. Good organizational and analytical skills.
  • Business travel might be required.
