JOB DIMENSIONS

Working under the management of TEEPBR R&D CO2 & Sustainability Lead the position's incumbent shall oversee the execution monitoring and the proper and timely completion of all the documents required by ANP (RCA, REF, PTR-A and PTR-B) of the CO2 & Sustainability and M&S R&D projects.

ACTIVITIES

Ensure the good and effective coordination of the R&D projects under execution
Ensure the effective relationship with project parties (e

g:

academic institutions, funding bodies, partner companies, contractors):

Review the project documentation delivery on due time, ensuring its compliance with Brazilian authorities' and funding bodies' requirements and regulations, notably that of ANP and of EMBRAPII.
Monitor and report the project's progress (scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, HSE, contracts ), adjusting if necessary.
Ensure the compliance of all R&D project under his/her responsibility with the defined approach, and that milestones are met as scheduled

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT

Brazil is a highly regulated country. Strict HSSE expectations and proper management demonstration to authorities is a mandatory prerequisite prior to any operation. TEPBR Brazil is a strategic affiliate for the Group.
The national authorities request research projects that bring to Brazil a high scientific value to the local institutions and Industry.
The national authorities expect fruitful cooperation with foreign research institutions.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

The position's incumbent is expected to provide support to TEEPBR R&D CO2 & Sustainability Lead, ensuring the good execution of the R&D projects portfolio in compliance with regulations and requirements in Brazil.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Graduation in Engineering
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Communication and adaptability in multidisciplinary environment with good interaction with people
Good interpersonal, communication and presentational skills.
