About the role:

As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest.

You'll work as part of a team and must be a self
- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.

About the team:

What you will be doing:

Working within a team to define business requirements and/or enhancements to existing products and services or investigating new offerings as required.
Working with a project team to determine how to best verify and validate new product features and/or services prior to introduction to existing or new clients.
Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct or new installations/services meet the end user requirements.

What you will need:

Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of endtoend systems development life cycles.
A bachelor's in a business related field, information systems or equivalent experience.

Added bonus if you have:

Payments industry experience

Prior analysis or testing experience in the cards (credit, debit or prepaid) industry.

Any BASE2000, BASE Global and/or Payments One Experience
