Responsible for effective administration, operation, maintenance and support projects within the country office location, including optimizing processes and ensuring appropriate system and data quality controls are in place to meet security polices and standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Determine detailed requirements on small or shortterm projects to establish project deliverables in collaboration with team members
  • Identify, develop, and propose process and efficiency improvements including administrative process optimization
  • Manage vendors including facility, IT, and invoice management thirdparty providers and ensuring invoice management is processed
  • Manage car fleet for the operations in collaboration with third party provider
  • Plan and lead the execution of meetings and events (e.g., AEM onsite and offsite on behalf of the CLT) including budget management
  • Use all computer programs relevant to the position to support development of correspondence, presentations, such as tracking and charting metrics data, and to perform data entry and report generation in support of a department, significant organizational group, or executive level management

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree 1 year of related experience Required
Experience with vendor management Required


Additional Skills:


  • Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite and related project management systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills including relationship management skills
  • Good problem solving and critical thinking skills with ability to adapt to change
  • Substantial understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing smalltomid scale project plans
  • Good problemsolving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment, including immediate supervisor and other team members in the section or group
  • Ability to build stable working relationships internally
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
