Our Global Customer Support division is responsible for Kongsberg Maritimes services, upgrades, and support in the aftermarket. Our 2300 employees are present in 35 different countries around the world.

During the operational lifetime of more than installations, we ensure cost-efficient delivery of services, upgrades, and spare parts to secure availability and predictability to our customers.

An exciting opportunity has arisen as Intern - Finance, reporting to Finance Coordinator. In this role, you will assist the daily Accounts Payable activities.

Key accountabilities:
Accounts Payable organizes, compiles, processes and maintains accounts payable records for the Finance and Operations department.

Process invoices per week accurately and efficiently.

Ensure policy compliance for all accounts payable transactions.

Provide backup and support to other financial staff.

Qualifications and experience:
Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program preferably in Accounting or Business.

Intermediate Excel skills.

Soft skills:
Teamwork and Proactivity.

Ability to clearly communicate in writing.

You are able to:
Communicate in a clear, precise, and structured way.

Co-operate well with others, share knowledge, experience, information, and support.

Be aware of own strengths and limitations and pursue learning and career development opportunities.
