The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.

The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

About the Team:

Training and Events Team has 2 main focus: Improve the RMs performance through functional training (Tools, new process, new features, updates and so on) & Strengthen the relationship between Shopee and sellers through in person events where they will be close to our specialists and have access to special contents in order to improve their business.
Create and maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders;
Work with internal stakeholders in order to understand and keep up to date with the business;
Develop content in different formats (presentation, videos, guides);
Deliver content in different formats (virtually and in person);
Speak to large groups during events;
Attend general meetings and work on administrative routine;
Work on side projects in order to create relationships with other areas and develop new skills.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or higher
Excellent Communication, not only for daily bases but this person should have "public speaking skills";
Intermediate English (need to be able to communicate with regional and translate english materials to portuguese);
Ability to work with G-Suit (mainly Google Presentation);
Problem Solving and Social skills are strongly required to act in activities related to the production/execution of events.
