We are looking for a motivated individual to take on the role of Portfolio Lead and Project Manager. This position involves overseeing a portfolio of projects and ensuring their successful delivery in line with organizational goals. To excel in this role, you will need a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management: Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, resource optimization, and risk management. Collaborate with senior management to refine portfolio strategies.
Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans and lead project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, provide regular updates, and address concerns.
Resource Allocation and Management: Allocate resources effectively across projects to support successful execution.
Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Identify and mitigate risks, address issues promptly.
Quality Assurance and Change Management: Implement quality assurance processes and manage changes effectively.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators, analyze trends, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Continuous Improvement and Team Leadership: Drive initiatives for process improvement and provide guidance to project team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Proven experience in portfolio and project management, with a track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
