Local Unit & Position Description:

  • Setup, maintenance and monitoring/controlling of orders/projects in Finance system
  • Archiving of project and subsidy documentation
  • Preparation and issuance invoices according to tax law requirements
  • Supporting bad debts collection
  • Produce and evaluate work in progress, review of status for invoicing
  • Review supplier's invoices and allocate them to the corresponding project
  • Support and information: responsible for timely and correct supply of relevant data to Business Controllers, Project Controllers and Project Managers

Position Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills and a strong team player with a proactive attitude
  • Bachelor or master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting (or other relevant discipline)
  • Very good spoken and written command of English and Spanish
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Acting in an assertive, calm and selfconfident manner with in
- and external business partners

  • Highly independent, structured way of working
