Local Unit & Position Description:

Setup, maintenance and monitoring/controlling of orders/projects in Finance system
Archiving of project and subsidy documentation
Preparation and issuance invoices according to tax law requirements
Supporting bad debts collection
Produce and evaluate work in progress, review of status for invoicing
Review supplier's invoices and allocate them to the corresponding project
Support and information: responsible for timely and correct supply of relevant data to Business Controllers, Project Controllers and Project Managers

Position Qualifications:

Good communication skills and a strong team player with a proactive attitude
Bachelor or master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting (or other relevant discipline)
Very good spoken and written command of English and Spanish
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Excellent analytical skills
Acting in an assertive, calm and selfconfident manner with in

- and external business partners
