MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Collaborate with management, internal & external stakeholders, to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on our target audience;
Ensure that all communications and marketing materials aligns with brand standards;
Maintain digital media archives including photos and videos;
Work with communications team members ( internal & external) to conceptualize and implement communications strategies and campaigns;
Create and implement internal communications content and contributing to programs that actively engage internal audiences on a local and regional basis;
Develops appropriate internal communications initiatives in support of country strategies, and executes and drives programs that drive engagement, align teams and shape culture;
Develops communication materials using a variety of tactics (written communications, presentation materials, town halls, small group meetings, etc.) to articulate key messages;
Ensure that the regional and global actions are being responded to locally, in all pertinent tools, following the Group/Local guidance;
Uses internal tools as appropriate to maximize the company's internal communication effectiveness and ensures consistent messaging, branding, imagery and identity;
To manage and promote local content for the regional and global tools, aiming to promote visibility do México.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduation in Communication areas (Public Relations, Journalism, Publicity and Advertising) ;
Relevant experience in a communications role (internal and external)
Advanced in English. Spanish will be a differential;
Should be able to think creatively, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
