prestar suporte técnico aos usuários

- análises de requisições e incidentes e registros de chamados
- conhecimento de Microsoft Windows e Microsoft Office

Você trabalhará com o time de IT Help Desk do Banco UBS BB, localizado em São Paulo, Brazil.

Your expertise
- matrícula ativa em uma universidade;
- previsão de formatura: 06/2025 em diante.
- desejável Inglês avançado ou fluente
- cursos: sistemas de informação, redes de computadores, banco de dados e correlacionados.
