YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

Maintenance and Engineering:

Manage the engineering and maintenance/reliability/technical integrity team of the site, execution and commissioning of projects in order to ensure that installations meets the production demands by ensuring availability of the required assets.
Manage improvement of performance and safety operations on all functions to ensure that installation and equipment meets legal obligations and safety requirements.
Manage the technical works of CS/PS interests related to O&I, IT, security, site logistic, utilities, infrastructure, telecommunications and industrial safety for sites under his scope to guarantee smooth implementation of projects in budget and time by ensuring proper interface management and availability of all technical documentation and resources.
Develop continuous improvement of site concepts (site master plan). in order to attend future developments and demands by cooperating closely with business and production functions and by ensuring that the organization is broadly involved into master plan definition.
Manage the planning, execution of CAPEX for BFR site, in order to maintain the installation and improve the technical and financial efficiency by setting priorities.

Utilities:

Ensure the operational safety, process safety, environmental protection, regulatory compliance in the Utilities Units. Ensure reliable and efficient energy and utilities to the industrial operations.
Keep the staff trained, qualified, certified and motivated to the job. Establish commercial relationship with primary energy (Power and Gas) suppliers and services provider, elaborating and managing the related contracts.
Monitor the energy market trends and the regulatory changes and evaluate their applicability. Manage plant and process safety as well as process optimization. Manage energy trading according the related regulatory system.
Be a strategic partner with Regional/Global Technology teams like MEX and Engineering.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

Mandatory:

Graduated in Engineering. MBA preferred
Solid Management experience in engineering, maintenance, utilities, production
Experience with Senior Leadership of crossfunctional, multilevel teams from shop floor to managerial level; effective facilitator and communication through encouragement
Motivation, and inspirational skills at all levels of the organization Ability to negotiate and to act under stressing circumstances.
Broad understanding of legal requirement and its implementation as well as safety standards and obligations.
Strong willingness and ability to deliver results, with a good sense on priorities
Fluent in English. Additional languages, as Spanish or German, is an advantage.
