Especialista em Engenharia Industrial e LeanJob Description Summary
Liderar as atividades de Engenharia Industrial com foco em balanceamento de linha, trabalho padronizado, definição de capacidade de linha e cálculo de mão de obra. Deverá ser capaz de propor e implementar layouts de acordo com a metodologia Lean. Além disso, deverá ser agente promotor da cultura de melhoria contínua na organização, com foco em eficiência, performance e qualidade de modo a proporcionar uma sistemática constante de melhorias nos processos industriais e administrativos.Job Description
Liderar as atividades de Engenharia Industrial com foco em balanceamento de linha, trabalho padronizado, definição de capacidade de linha e cálculo de mão de obra. Deverá ser capaz de propor e implementar layouts de acordo com a metodologia Lean. Required Skills and Education
Formação: Engenharia mecânica, mecatrônica, produção ou afins.
Experiência: Sólidos conhecimentos em Engenharia Industrial e Lean Manufacturing com demonstração de conhecimento em ferramentas kaizen, VSM, SMED, TPM, técnicas de solução de problemas, análise de indicadores e construção de relatórios. Aplicação de treinamentos.
Conhecimentos: Pacote office avançado.
Idioma: Fluência em Inglês .
Local de trabalho: Jundiaí / SP.
