  • Assigned to his/her crew, and the timely and satisfactory completion of work assignments
  • Insures prompt and correct compliance with management instructions

What you'll do:


  • Responsible to report to Aircraft Maintenance Regional Manager, DFW MOC, and Country Director and/or Airport Manager for aircraft mechanical problems at his station
  • Submits delay/cancellations, irregular operations reports and monthly reports of the maintenance activities at the station
  • Supervises the aircraft Maintenance technicians on their day to day duties, technical and/or administrative
  • Supervises compliance with training and qualifications
  • Ensures compliance with FAA regulations and company regulations in reference to Aircraft Maintenance Operations
  • Quality control of Aircraft Maintenance Documentation
  • Oversees RII (Required Inspection Items) of AMT'S at his shift
  • Accomplishes engine runup and taxi or oversees personnel who have those qualifications
  • Liaises with the Civil Aviation Authority on Acft Mtc matters at the station

All you'll need for success:

**Minimum Qualifications

  • Education & Prior Job Experience*
  • Read, write and speak both English and Native Language
  • Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges
  • Possess an FAA A&P Technicians License
  • Be a motivated and proactive leader who can function with little direction from above
  • Be able to exercise authority while at the same time be able to empower the direct reports for the general functionality of the department
