Job Title:
Test Manager

You'll be part of the V&V team, focused on managing different functional teams and units. Specially focused on driving innovation and transformation for business results.

Act as the enabler for the teams in terms of quality and best practices, and also being the key liaison with other functions and organizations outside R&D.

Your role:

Manages different functional/competency teams and units.
Selects talent, supervises, coaches and evaluates performance of software development personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the software development function.
Acts as the enabler for the teams, has the responsibility for adoption, success and ongoing improvement of agile development and software development practices.
Acts as key liaison with other functions and organizations outside R&D to drive business results.

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Track of record of experience leading Technical team.
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in software test engineering.
Skills in the three areas: Software Engineering, Project Management and Team Leadership.
Prior experience in planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience.
Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment.
Technical expertise in functional and non functional testing (performance testing): automation tools, CICD pipelines.
Executive communication and reporting.
Strong software and system delivery skills.
English Fluency.
