- Control the casino strategy for the business, including the game selections, the product development, and the promotions.
- Create and implement marketing plans to boost player recruitment, reengagement, and retention.
- Work alongside the team. You will also be responsible for all the hiring, training and onboarding, and personal development
- Analyze data to find areas for product development and growth.
- Work with the technology team to guarantee the integrity of the casino system and legal compliance.
- Work with other departments to make sure the casino strategy is in line with the overall objectives of the business.
- Keep track of and stay current on market trends, legislation, and competition for casinos.
- Interact with teams of product managers, designers, business analysts, data analysts, and marketing specialists, as well as other departments within the company such as IT, Compliance, and Legal.
- Previous management experience in casinos
- 7 or more years of experience managing casinos
- Strong knowledge in Brazilian casino gaming industry
- English and Portuguese fluency is a must, and Spanish would be a big plus
- Must be knowledgeable in marketing, team management, data analysis, and product development in addition to casino games like slots, table games, and online poker.
- Knowledge of marketing, gambling, and data analysis
- Degree in marketing, finance, or a related field

- Ability to work in a fastpaced, constantlychanging environment and prior experience working in a regulated environment
