This role is responsible for : - Execution and maintenance of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance to Mars Standards and market unit processes and procedures;

Management and maintenance will be established through a series of monitoring and verification functions. When nonconformance(s) to the QMS are identified this role will partner with the functional teams to drive continuous improvement;
Work directly with the Regional Quality team.
Execution and maintenance of the system related processes including : quality manual, document management, nonconformance & CAPA management, internal audit, management review and customer complaints; Support local market team on KPIs management, ensuring root cause analysis of major consumer complaints and action plan construction and monitoring; Support regional quality team to implement quality standard in the warehouse, 3rd party, distributors and customers.

Requisitos Bachelor in quantitative fields (Engineering Degree, business, computer science); Advanced / Fluent English speaker; Experience in an analytical / process improvement / system monitoring role, preferably in a corporate environment; Proficiency within Excel working with multiple, complex data, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and Visio (or similar); Strong communication skills (oral, written, listening).

This includes ability to give updates to line manager and other critical stakeholders; Proficient in managing fast-paced projects.

Well organized, good at prioritization, attentive to details; Past proven collaboration with cross-function teams to deliver business results; Experience with continuous improvement initiatives; Experience in manufacturing would be an asset (preferably in a quality role); Experience with working with ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 quality system would be an asset; Knowledge of regulatory requirements or Lean Principles would be an asset.
