    A Artesanal Investimentos é uma Asset Management, sediada em São Paulo, totalmente independente de qualquer instituição financeira e especializada em operações estruturadas no mercado de crédito e na indústria de fundos. Hoje temos mais de R$ 8 bilhões em ativos sob gestão através de diversos FICs, FIMs e FIDCs.

    Para essa posição, temos o seguinte desafio:

    • Desenvolver soluções escaláveis tanto backend quanto frontend;
    • Colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares para desenvolver soluções eficazes e de alta qualidade;
    • Apresentar melhorias nos sistemas existentes e garantir a qualidade nas entregas;
    • Investigar e resolver problemas de desempenho, segurança e usabilidade;
    • Ser referência técnica, ajudar e compartilhar sua experiência com os membros da equipe.

    Requisitos e conhecimentos necessários para essa oportunidade:

    • Capacidade para trabalhar e contribuir em equipe, tendo que trabalhar bem com outras pessoas em um ambiente colaborativo;
    • Gostar de desafios que o motivam a aprender e conquistar;
    • Analisar dados e problemas de forma rápida e eficiente para encontrar soluções criativas para problemas complexos;
    • Aptidão para resolução de problemas: Possuir excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas e a capacidade de pensar fora da caixa para quebrar problemas complexos;
    • Gerenciamento de tempo: Gerenciar o tempo de forma eficaz;
    • Arquitetura em microserviços;
    • Backend Avançado Java (Spring, Maven, JPA) ou Python (Flask, Pip. SQL Alchemy);
    • Frontend Angular, Javascript/Typescript, HTML, CSS;
    • Nodejs;
    • Conteinerização;
    • SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis;
    • Cloud Computing: Azure e AWS;
    • Git Repositories, Pipelines CI/CD.

    Formação superior completa em Ciência da Computação, Análise de Sistemas, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas.
