The Sales Manager will identify, contact, and close relationships with prospective merchants.

This role will consist of finding new partnership opportunities with merchants in the e-commerce space that want to enter and accept online payments from Latin American market.

We are looking for someone with experience in strategic partner/client management with a history of managing complex enterprise deals.


This roles is Hybrid, requiring presenciality to our offices in Sao Paulo.

Job duties and Responsibilities:


  • Drive commercial deals from concept to key terms to contract signature and integration.
  • Own the full sales cycle.
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners you will represent our company and be our partners' liaison internally.
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams (Product, Tech Support, Compliance, Marketing) to identify and implement growth opportunities.
  • Manage, motivate, and help close deals across the sales executives that report to them.

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Indepth industry knowledge of the payments industry.
  • Strong business acumen, a history of identifying and execute commercial opportunities within the financial services space.
  • Selfmotivated, with ability to lead and drive change initiatives, cando attitude.
  • Great multitasking skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • English fluent and Spanish Advanced will be a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in the financial services space.
  • Ability to be hands on with high attention to detail but also not lose strategic standpoint.
  • Willingness to work in a fastgrowing company working environment and adapt to changes fast.
