Your background:
University degree in Organizational Development or Human Resources and minimum10+ years of professional experience within Learning & Development Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English languages Strong experience in Adult Learning & Curricula creation Solid experience in facilitating and delivering learning programs Strong experience with designing and developing standard & custom-made solutions as well as market experience in delivering "off the shelf" training programs Demonstrated experience in managing Employee Development, Change Management and Organizational Management initiatives Proven track record of successfully partnering across a highly matrixed global environment Experience with coaching and support of Executive Management and Senior Leadership, inclusive of high-potential individual contributors Experience working in a global company is preferred
