All about the role:
Our ambition here at the Electrolux Group is to lead the enhancement of the Consumer Journey.

In order to keep a more direct and significant relationship with them, we created the Consumer Direct Interaction sector, with an organized structure that is completely consumer-centered, reuniting under one perspective the main functions that are part of this journey.

Within the area, our Consumer Care teams work dynamically to offer the best aftersales services to our consumers, delivering outstanding experiences in order to make them loyal ambassadors to our brands.


What you'll do:


As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for New Business Development (NBD) Sales portfolio during the Consumer Journey steps, driving and coordinating Sector activities, aiming to ensure business growth through timely creation of innovative features, effective ranging, strong offering messaging and effective launch strategy.

In detail, you will:

  • Contribute to the New Business Development strategy development;
  • Monitor market, competitor and financial development for the category, proposing actions to reach targets through the commercial triangle with Sales and Marketing;
  • Collaborate with the product category strategic plan as part of the overall Product Line strategic plan;
  • Promote frontloading to Generation Plan based on consumer insights, market development, and brand attributes;
  • Develop Business Cases in order to support new business initiatives;
  • Evaluate strategic pricing and identify sweet spots with cluster Product Line area;
  • Monetize Consumer Journey phases through the development of new businesses models and tools;
  • Define requirements and KPIs for each Consumer Journey phase, differentiating per brand, product and/or service solution and price position in order to reflect our ambition in the markets;
  • Set up a clear strategy to handle consumer inputs and reviews, defining the product and service solution levels per brand, typology and price position.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).


Who you are:

You have:

  • Business School degree, bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent;
  • Experience with sales operations and routines;
  • Experience within the area of new business development;
  • Experience with development of new business models, clients and sales channels;
  • Advanced Office skills;
  • Advanced English;
  • Advanced Spanish.

Where you'll be:


You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.

It will be necessary to have availability for regular traveling.
