The work model is hybrid, with 3 face-to-face days at the company and 2 days at home office, being able to be flexible according to demand.

What will you do

Responsibilities

  • Develop a fit for purpose internal Risk Management Program (RMP) in alignment with Kenvue's global Strategy to ensure technical support is provided on Risk Management & Resilience program. RMP includes but not limited to Governance documents, Actionable Intelligence, Risk Assessments, Due Diligences, Crisis Management trainings and other risk management and resilienceoriented programs
  • Actively support the Crisis Management Team Program at regional, cluster, country and at a site level for standardized training and practices in Crisis Management & Resilience
  • Assesses the region against Key Performance Indicators and incidents and looks for improvement actions
  • In coordination with other members of the team, assesses and disseminates information to provide awareness on possible risks to implement mitigation strategies
  • Conducts risk assessments and audits in coordination with other functions to identify risk operations maturity, potential exposures and develop/implement strategies for minimizing risks, risk transfers or avoidance
  • Lead both internal and external investigations and the formulation of action plans to remedy weaknesses to prevent future similar incidents
  • Ensure all policies and processes related to Risk Management comply with local government and company regulations across the region
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Deliver, Security, Brand Protection, E&PS, EHS, ISRM, Procurement, Communications, HR, Legal, Quality site leaders and other functions to respond on operational incidents and crisis
  • Lead the regional E2E Product Risk Mgmt. Program to ensure and standardized approach and risk management contractual clauses are included with suppliers
  • Support and deploy this tool in all Internal Network sites to identify main gaps and develop action plans for closure of findings
  • Engage with internal/external organizations to benchmark best practices in Risk Management & Resilience
  • Map and all network footprint to identify location, products portfolio, inventory, multiple sourcing, lead sites for products, back up sites and BCP

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (MBA is a plus)
  • Fluent English
  • Availability for international travel (LATAM/USA)
  • Availability to work in person in São José dos Campos/SP
  • Critical experience in complex decision making and leading a multidisciplinary, risk management, multinational team under difficult circumstances, preferred with crisis management and largescale project management experience
