- Communicate with specialised companies which provides INMETRO / ANVISA / ANATEL certification service for each product category
- Receive quotations and search for the best rates
- Certification process follow up
- Keep track of expiration date of the current certifications
- Monitor feedback and complaints to address customer concerns and enhance satisfaction.
- Over 3 years of experience on the same position
- Good knowledge of INMETRO / ANVISA / ANATEL certification
- Native or advanced Portuguese
- Fluent English
