MAIN TASKS

  • To lead the closure of piping insulation and passive fire protection carry over works at the site
  • To follow the installation of cable passive fire protection at the site
  • To technically assist the shipyard in the work completions
  • To ensure reworks are performed according to project specifications
  • To monitor and enforce quality in the reworks
  • Coordinate with SBM engineering the redaction of technical queries and technical deviations
  • Coordinate quality inspection for the closure of punch items and MCCRs
  • Coordinate vendor support at the site
  • To promote HSSE onsite at all times

JOB REQUIREMENTS- Independent, communicative, organized, and technically proficient
Has demonstrated leadership skills on past projects
Able to lead an insulation team of 20-40 persons onsite
Is fully acquainted with EQUINOR / SBM Insulation Technical Requirements
Is fully acquainted with KAEFER insulation and PFP materials
Is acquainted with FAVUSEAL Passive Fire Protection materials
Min 10 years experience in insulation installation and inspection
Min 10 years experience in passive fire protection installation, inspection, and certification
Ability to read piping and tubing isometrics, P&IDs, and heat tracing diagrams
Ability to draw new bills of materials for insulation and PFP scope of work
Familiar with Navisworks 3D model
Familiar with ProCoSys (client completion system)
Familiar with SBM EDMS and ECDR systems
