What you'll do:


  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives in Brazil;
  • Collaborate with the local teams to drive growth and profitability;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors;
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships;
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead;
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of the business;
  • Organize, enable & support the entry of further Mitgo offerings into the Brazilian market;
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies;
  • Oversee daily legal and office related activities...

What we expect:


  • 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related field;
  • Experience working in the IT industry;
  • Strong communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams;
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese are mandatory
  • Spanish is a plus.
