Works with regional stakeholders, business analysts, business owners and internal customers to translate requirements into solutions to meet business needs.

Establish and maintain a pipeline of Automation Opportunities within the Global and Corporate teams. Work to identify opportunities based on investigation and process improvement in sync with our process improvement area
Stablish with business priorities and roadmap of automation to pursue the productivity targets to the LATAM region
Drive the use of technologies like RPA, process mining, AI to automate and bring productivity to the region
Consistent and reliable delivery execution of activities to defined service levels, schedules, and budget
Provide expertise to the design process as requested
Define delivery schedules and ensure execution to plan for assigned deliverables. Lead small scale internal projects as necessary. Coordinate delivery across IT teams
Demonstrates command of and applies complex tools and systems. (knowledge)
Be the IT responsible to track and report all the productivity projects for the organization

Experience

3+ years of technical experience in defined functional area
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, ability to handle multiple complex problems

Specialist Knowledge & Skills

Good level of expertise in functional domain and/or technology
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Project management skills
Process mining (Celonis is preferable) knowledge
Robot process automation skills and understanding (UiPath is preferable)
Integrations and process knowledge
Experience at global companies

Interpersonal & Communication Skills

Ability to work on own initiative
Good team working skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team and prioritize work
Person responsible to evangelize the stakeholders and demonstrate the benefits of automation and use of tools
Customer focused profile
Excellent communication
English and spanish are required
