What You'll Do:


  • Using data, insights and systems thinking to problem solve, influence and educate.
  • Facilitate & improve Hiring Manager Trainings on a regular basis
  • Driving improvements in whole areas of hiring like commercial, ops and business.
  • Driving regional and sometimes global alignment with HRBPs.
  • Own and/or drive regional or global projects.
  • Partnering with other members on the People team to solve complex challenges;
  • Being an employer brand ambassador for Adyen as a speaker or leading the execution of certain employer brand activities;

Who You Are:


  • Ability to define the needed profile(s) and skillset(s) and to help create a hiring matrix for the role(s);
  • Ability to build sourcing projects around agreed skills and experience while using market knowledge to identify and target talent within talent competitors;
  • Stakeholder management
    ;:
  • Ability to collaborate with others, to coach and mentor;
  • Project management skills that can be applied to leading and contributing to regional and global projects. Ability to collaborate across timezones and cultures;
  • Improving our DEI practices in hiring and responsible for educating others;
  • Ability to drive improvements to our recruitment tech stack;
  • Must have fluent Portuguese, advanced English and Spanish communication
