Main Responsabilities
Identify key product claims for current and innovation products and articulate them to claims statements.
Carry out formulations and product benchmarking within the scope of work
Knowledge of scientific publications, studies and product formulations in area covered by expertise to substantiate key product claims. Prepare claims substantiation studies and documents.
Product development formulation leadership, from feasibility, through concept to launch - including lab, pilot and factory scale
Working closely with different cross functional teams to ensure timely completion of set objectives
Participate and proactively track competition and evaluation of performance of market products
Map key consumer understanding of product need and ideate for new products.
Execute key technical projects associated within the category product development.
Manage laboratory safety with clear safety procedures.
Manage quality procedures in the realm of laboratory health and safety measures.
May be required to supervise junior members, or junior members may report directly in to this position.

Requirements:

Graduate or Post graduate in Chemistry /Agrochemical
Strong experience in R&D in industrial / FMCG / Agrochemical products
Strong communication skills (Oral and Written English skill is mandatory)
Strong formulation development skill
Experienced in industrialization of innovation projects
Committed and Hardworking individual
Curious and Willingness to learn and grow in job
Should be flexible and accommodating to work in teams with different individuals.
