Your expertise will lead to the successful growth and retention of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts.

With your sharp eye for identifying and qualifying new opportunities, you'll build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailor-made solutions that cater to the unique needs of each customer.

Collaboration is key, and as an Account Management Partner, you'll work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process.

Together, you'll execute every aspect flawlessly, from the initial prospecting stage to closing deals and beyond.

Not only will you lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, but you'll also be the driving force behind generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.

By building a strong go-to-market pipeline with our partners, you'll join forces to pursue and conquer new deals, taking Kyndryl to unprecedented heights.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience- Experience in Customer acquisition, hunting sales role, responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle from identification and qualification through contract negotiation and signing.- Develop and execute business development plans aligned with overall company goals.- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.- Networking proficiency to expand the company's presence and reach.- In-depth knowledge of business trends and digital transformation technology, as well as industry best practices (Financial, Retail, Oil&Gas, Energy will be appreciated).- Experience leading the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent results.


Preferred Skills and Experience- Master's degree.- Sales experience in technical solutions including transformational projects that involves cloud transformation, data-driven projects infusion and cybersecurity.- Technical expertise - Cloud certifications (Google, Microsoft, AWS) will be appreciated.
