What you will do

Main objective:
be responsible for the entire process of organizing and delivering the Corporate Events to Stryker Latin America.


Key deliverables:


Regional Corporate Events description:
periodic initiatives focused on supporting the business goals and engaging employees.

Corporate Events for Stryker Latin America can be in person and/or virtual events, such as Town Halls, Incentive Travels, Sales Meetings and executives visits to the region.


  • Compliance
Must conduct all business and affairs in compliance with all laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and in accordance with the highest ethical standards

Must follow the company's code of conduct, policies and processes

Must engage the Medical Education team when the event includes HCPs participation as attendees or speakers


  • Plan and organize the events with strategic approach to support the business goals and help building Stryker ́s reputation
  • Implement and execute the plan accordingly, and efficientely manage the budget, vendors and partners
  • Coordinate all attendees and stakeholders participation/collaboration
  • Be responsible for the events communication, including invitation, updates, post surveys and reports
  • Work close to the Communications Team and to our offices in Latin America
  • Register and report KPIs
  • Support the Communications team with complementary activities to External and Internal Communications

Corporate Communications:
this role also includes the support to Internal and External Communications independently of the events


Example:
content generation to newsletters, campaign planning and data collection to future announcements.

What you need
University graduation.

Relevant experience preferred.

Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook.

Language:
Portuguese and English fluency. Desirable Spanish fluency.
