***: The HR Business Partner is an experienced HR professional with previous practice in various business areas, detailed knowledge of the business, and the ability to identify quickly gaps in the operation of the internal client, addressing them using HR tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The HR Business Partner will support the internal client in finding the best way to implement policies and procedures. Needs to be able to prioritize the impact of the solutions and quick wins, supporting the line managers in their people management role.
The HR Business Partner will coach the line managers and will support managers in developing the successors and talent pipeline.
It is also expected that the HR BP knows personally the key associates in the managed area and be able to obtain formal and informal feedback, which can be highly significant for the managerial decisions about people management.
Will be responsible for managing projects and actions from all around the globe inside of HR areas such as KPIs, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, and others.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
