Position Summary:

Are you a contracts negotiator with 3-5 years of experience? Do you enjoy the challenge of working within a global legal department with colleagues in more than 40 offices? If so, we should talk We are looking for a Contracts Negotiator for North America.

Your Day-to-Day:

Analyzing, drafting and negotiating commercial technology licensing, consulting and subcontracting agreements with public sector entities and advising on responding to RFPs.
Reviewing other transactional documentation, including Purchase Orders, and other user terms and conditions for the purchase of software licenses and related services.
Work responsibilities that clearly demonstrate attention to detail, time management, and organizational proficiency due to highly complex and fast pace of work environment.

What You Bring to The Team:

Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to a variety of audiences.
Demonstrated capability in presenting contract terms, negotiation issues, and risk analysis to key stakeholders and provide recommendations.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and engagements concurrently.
Prior inhouse experience is a strong plus.
Experience with project release procedures and/or contract management system is a plus.
J.D. is preferred but is not required.
Ability to speak French at professional level is a plus
Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
This role does not require travel.
