VIE - IT Customer Engagement Support - São Paulo, Brazil

  • YOUR ROLEWe are looking for our next IT Costumer Engagement VIE based in São Paulo, Brazil.
  • Operating under the general direction of a more senior leader, you will have the opportunity to bethe primary liason between CEVA and the customer in order to capture agreedupon Customer objectives and processes, communicating these processes and their implications to technical and nontechnical contributors to ensure that technology accurately meets Customer users' goalsWHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Facilitate process to gather/establish high level Customer requirements.
  • Assist with development of customer's annual operating and capital IT budgets.
  • Review project deliverables for accuracy.
  • Provide resource requirements for mediumsized, straight forward projects.
  • You will be the escalation point for customer to help identify root cause issues and resolve chronic IT problems and provide intake and triage for routine and nonroutine IT requests from customers.
  • Proactively seek to expand relationships with customers and identify Customer needs aligning technology initiatives accordingly.
  • Manage small projects and prioritize competing interests across functions.
  • Develop and manage Project Pipeline Portfolio and Capital IT Project Portfolio
  • Work with IT teams to ensure the best quotation process for Sales and Engineers teams, working very close with these areas to grant an affordable solution covering business demands in BID/RFQs for new projects.
  • Work with internal customers (Sales and Engineers) to ensure their knowledge about our IT tools and processes, to support them in any CEVA commercial proposals with IT investments.
  • Keep improving the way we are communicating and delivering quotations for Engineers, and therefore, allowing the accuracy data between IAR (IT Investments) and ICAP (Overall investments) for any new business.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Freshly graduated from a degree in business administration, information technology or related fields.

  • Experience in an international environment.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently and understand the business impact.
  • Fast learner and a proactive worker. You are not afraid to learn from others and bring innovative solutions.
  • Have influence skills to gain commitment from others and foster collaboration.
  • Spanish or Portuguese will be a plus.
  • Solid problemsolving competences.
  • Knowledge of key customer IT solutions or Customer processes will be a plus.
