Job overview:

Under close guidance or supervision, responsible for processing, preparing and validating processes and deliveries to clients in the area.

Essential Functions:

Processing, validations and deliveries to IQVIA customers.
Keep area controls always up to date to facilitate quick response to internal and external customers.
Quality checks on the data produced on a regular basis, in order to meet the area's quality and productivity goals.
Analyze and respond to requests that are sent through Sales Force, within the established deadline;
Actively communicate with other departments to update status and resolve issues.
Write, revise, and update area standard operating procedures as needed.
Act as an expert in the area's tools and procedures and provide training to new employees in these tools and procedures.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma and Studying Higher Education in Administration or related areas.
Three (3) years of professional experience.
Differential: Skill in data processing and basic knowledge of SQL.
Knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, Word and Outlook).
Working knowledge of the problem management system (Sales Force)
Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Strong customer focus, attention to detail and good analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to guide the work of others in a team environment.
Ability to perform some analysis and information gathering to troubleshoot routine matters.
Ability to work with varying time constraints and workload.
